Refund and Returns Policy

At Event Supplied, we take great pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. We accept returns and issue refunds for damaged goods only, under the following conditions:

Damaged Goods:

  • We only accept returns and refunds for goods that are damaged upon arrival.
  • If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence of the damage.

Return Process:

 with your order details and photos of the damaged items.
  • Once we receive and assess the damage, we will provide you with return instructions.

Goods Signed For:

  • Please note that we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for goods that have been signed for upon delivery, as this confirms that the items were received in satisfactory condition.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the damaged goods have been returned and inspected.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items that are not damaged or for any reason outside of our return policy.
